Our towels are made of cotton, our toilets are Japanese, and our choices always lean towards waste reduction.

Control of electricity consumption

No air conditioning at our place: an industrial destratification fan circulates the air in summer and brings down the warm air from the ceiling in winter.

Decarbonized deliveries

Our drinks and goods are delivered to us as much as possible by cargo bike.

Composting organic waste

All our plant and animal waste is collected and composted by Les Alchimistes.

Well-being at work

Our staff are not paid at the legal minimum; we align ourselves as much as possible with national averages. 
We implement a 4-day work week for full-time staff.

Recycling

Sorting and recycling are systematic in catering as well as in repair workshops.

Repair rather than replace

We prioritize the repair of parts rather than systematic replacement.I

Tire recycling

We are partners in the Schwalbe inner tube recycling program: As soon as we have 15 kg of used tubes, they are sent to be recycled.
